Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through assigned channel and tasks.
- Sells products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customer’s needs.
- Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur.
- Develop strong relationships with major clients to build long term business by continuously proposing products, services, or solutions that meet their objectives
- Be a representative and negotiate on the behalf of the brands in a professional manner to achieve a positive outcome, based on insightful understanding of key customer needs and their requirements.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- Handle and issue document related to the job e.g. quotation, invoice, contracts etc. and prepare tender document
Qualifications
- Male or Female.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
- At least 2 years’ experience of Key Account, Sales Representative, Executive. Experience in Mechanical Engineer would be advantage.
- Customer focused and result oriented with excellent interpersonal, presentation skills and analytical skill.
- Have own car and driving license.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for after-sale service management and repair products.
- Keep excellent relationship with customers and effectively act as representatives of the company and in all service and repair matters.
- Keep good record of work done and prepare necessary reports.
- Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Focused on quality, efficiency of cost and turnaround time of service and product support team.
- Co-ordinate with related department and other supplier in relation to product knowledge, deficiency and other relevant informations.
- Planning for product installation in accordance technical knowledge and customer’s requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with all technical knowledge, literatures, bulletins and lead service team.
Qualifications
- Male age over than 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer. (Preferred)
- Has experience in servicing marine industry would be highly considered.
- Ability to work flexible hours and willing to travel as company preventative of job assignment.
- Outgoing personality with good communication and work well with others.
- Good level of English language. (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
- Proficient in MS Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Able to work up country.
- Able to drive and possess valid driving license.
- Able to start work immediately will be advantage.
